Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 05/05/26

1. Cancellation by User

  • Cancellations made 24 hours before the booking time are eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time may not be eligible for a refund

2. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to attend the booked slot will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued

3. Rescheduling

  • Bookings may be rescheduled subject to availability if requested within the allowed time window

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

5. Cancellation by Us

In rare cases where we cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided
